Prenatal cannabis exposure does not appear to lead to cognitive impairments, a critical review of longitudinal studies published in Frontiers in Psychology found. After examining 1,000 statistical comparisons of cognitive functioning between controls and individuals exposed to cannabis, the researchers found no clinically significant cognitive impairments between the two groups.
